Technical training for foreign partners

On 18-20 September 2013 a technical training for our partners from Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Russia was held at Platan, Sopot.

The training was intended for engineers, who meet various PBX users' inquires every day. Its main aim was to present and teach in practice the new functionalities, which place the Platan solutions ahead of the competition, in particular:

• creating corporate networks with the use of Libra PBX Servers and Proxima IP PBX Servers,
• increasing company efficiency thanks to a multi-level IVR system and an intelligent call distribution,
• call queueing with information about the caller's position in the queue and the estimated waiting time,
• Platan Video Softphone app. and IP video phones handling video calls.

The diplomas confirming the highest qualifications in the Platan telecom systems configuration were presented to the participants after the training. We invite you to see a few photos from this event.
