Change of Platan's legal form

We inform you that on 1st February 2012 Platan Sp. z o.o. company was transformed into spółka komandytowa (limited partnership business entity). As a result the company's name has changed from previous:

Platan Sp. z o.o.

to:

Platan 2 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością
Spółka Komandytowa

According to the paragraph 553 of the Polish Legal Entities Code spółka komandytowa (a limited partnership business entity) has the same rights and responsibilities as the company being transformed. Please update the new company's name in your databases.

VAT identification number (NIP), REGON number and bank account remain unchanged. Only the KRS (National Court Register) number is new.
